The Business of Singing Mentorship: Singing Accelerator Program & Empowered Performer Program

Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before enrolling in The Business of Singing Mentorship, which includes the Singing Accelerator Program and the Empowered Performer Program, offered by Corinne Bach ("Mentor") with Bach Entertainment, LLC.

By enrolling in any part of The Business of Singing Mentorship, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility and Enrollment:

• Mentorship Programs Eligibility:
  To participate in The Business of Singing Mentorship, including the Singing Accelerator Program or the Empowered Performer Program, individuals must meet the eligibility criteria specified for each program.
• Singing Accelerator Program: Participants must enroll in the Singing Accelerator Program by completing the required application process and paying the designated program fee.
• Empowered Performer Program: Participation in the Empowered Performer Program is by audition only. To qualify, individuals must meet the specified prerequisites and undergo the audition process. Once selected, participants must pay the designated program fee.
• Submission of Audition Application: All mentees must submit an audition application to be considered for enrollment in the Empowered Performer Program. Failure to submit a complete and accurate application may result in disqualification.
• Gig Guarantee Requirements: Mentees seeking guaranteed performance opportunities within 90 days must fulfill all prerequisites specified by the Mentor, including but not limited to regular voice lessons, maintaining a repertoire list, active participation in program activities, and ongoing improvement of vocal skills and online presence. If you do not book a paid gig within 90 days of payment of the mentorship, you will continue working with Bach Entertainment, LLC until you do. 

Program Details and Payment:

• Program Components: The Singing Accelerator Program and Empowered Performer Program each consist of specific modules, resources, and support aimed at enhancing vocal abilities, stage presence, branding, and navigating the music industry.
• Payment Plans: Payment plans may be available for both programs, subject to the Mentor's discretion and terms outlined during enrollment.
• Program Fees: Program fees for the Singing Accelerator Program, Empowered Performer Program, and full Business of Singing Mentorship are as specified on the Mentor's website. Fees are subject to change at the Mentor's discretion.

• Program Results: While the Mentor strives to provide valuable guidance and resources, individual results may vary based on factors including but not limited to talent, dedication, and external opportunities. The Mentor does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to securing gigs within a certain timeframe.
• Personal Responsibility: Mentees are responsible for their own progress, actions, and decisions throughout the mentorship programs. The Mentor shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or dissatisfaction arising from mentees' choices or circumstances.

Mentorship Guidelines:

• Active Participation: Mentees are expected to actively engage in program activities, including attending scheduled calls, completing assigned worksheets, and implementing provided strategies.
• Professional Conduct: Mentees must conduct themselves in a professional manner during all interactions related to the mentorship programs, including but not limited to communication with Mentor and fellow mentees.
• Compliance: Mentees are required to comply with all guidelines, instructions, and deadlines provided by the Mentor throughout the duration of the mentorship programs.
• Confidentiality: Any confidential information shared by the Mentor, Guest Mentors, or fellow mentees during the mentorship programs must be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties without permission.

By enrolling in The Business of Singing Mentorship, including the Singing Accelerator Program or the Empowered Performer Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
